Originally built in 1970 as a boutique Hotel. This property was rezoned and redeveloped in 2022 by Freedom property into a 25-unit luxury boutique apartment building. Utilizing the existing architecture and modern design, this complex in the heart of downtown Simsbury is one of the most extensive transformations we have done to date.
